I have an extremely dry skin and it works great for me. Now also many a times, I just apply this after my moisturizer and my makeup at the end of 11 hours is fresh. And now its taken the youtube and internet by storm. I found it on Nikkie Tutorials the first time. Before I got into any fancy primers I used only this for the longest time I wore makeup. Its very reasonably priced and light weight. Its hydrating but not oily and it gives a beautiful base.
There is another product Nivea after shave balm for sensitive skin which is a GREAT primer.
Like I earlier mentioned there are primers for color correcting as well, however at this time, only Clinique offers those in their stores and Revlon Photoready Perfecting offers those.
